if you are using a credit card. maybe you used it on another account. that is a problem so you cant buy again with that credit card. or maybe only a server problem xd

if have problems, make a scr ticket. is easy and they helpu exactly ure problem, and they ask u few thing for check ure problem and later give u possible solutions :)
