i'm lvl 16 now but everytime i talk to the the guy in the fighter guild (which he happens to be the only one in there) he doesn't say anything about changing my class or something, he just tells me about the fighters guild:(

The guy you want to talk to is right by the SOS guide in acarinas square. He changes your class.
