I'm new and dont know how to log into the game. when i try ?i._pops up i click ok then ?i._2 pops up!!!

Try reinstalling the game. Or giving more details like error codes or if possible, a screenshot (Print Screen (That button to the right of F12), open in photo editing program, save, upload to hosting service, post url).
