Because the game is still in closed beta. Until the skills are finalized I would not expect a complete list of them.

I'm not entirely sure I understood what they said but here goes nothing.


The reason they do not have character skills posted on the website is because it's in closed beta. When they are finished developing they will make a page for them, maybe even a wiki.
