Perhaps you should take a look at the Stickies first. I got this error too.

Did you find a way to fix it?

I would say 25% possibility is due to Microsoft .NET Framework. Maybe Fiesta's new patch needs the latest version of Microsoft .NET Framework? Well who knows. We have one here that said it was the cause of it. If you try searching google for Buffer Overrun Detected error, they stated that it could be due to malicious users or something. I would say try Microsoft .NET Framework v3.0 while waiting for the technical team.

i reinstalled then this stopped happening for a while
but usually after it happend the 2nd time around i just pressed shift+z to clear all the people from the screen and it stopped lagging and didnt happen
So im thinking its lag related

Since it says Buffer Overrun, it could probably mean that if you have too many people on your screen (more than 255) that it happens. That also explains why it only happens at certain times.

What does Shift+z do, by the way? Make all other players invisible?

Yep. :D

And I didn't see a response to the buffer overrun in the stickies ;_;
