may i ask that wad is the build for archer and 25 spr and the rest str better of 25spr and the rest all dex better

Best way to go is SPR till +25, the rest DEX, STR can be enhanced with rings and weaponry if you feel the need. Reason why not STR after SPR is because damage is made up for Poison, bleed, Our range and attack speed.

Browsing as I always do.... Why Dex? It doesn't improve attack speed, it doesn't increase range, it certainly doesn't improve poison damage.... In fact, even just by using a tier 1 power scroll, even the "low base dexterity, never add any dexterity ever" other classes rarely miss anything that isn't thirty levels higher than them.

You say you can always boost strength with rings, same with dexterity, and adding strength and having strength boosting rings on top of that results in even more damage, something that can only help.
Archers have the best natural dexterity in the game and their weapons have the largest aim bonus in the game. They rarely miss at the worst of times, why not take advantage of that fact and make their attacks and crits do extra damage with strength? It might be a drop in an ocean, but so's their supposed dexterity score, and if you're hitting anyway, hitting harder is never bad.

Also, I have to ask, why do archers all brag about their attack speed? The bow is identical to the Mace, and crossbow is 0.2 seconds slower than magic missile. Am I.... missing something?

True that. Only Nature's Swiftness makes archer faster than any other class ... but you still have to get 10.000 fame points and lvl 50 first. :rolleyes: Also this skill doesn't last for hours. >.>

Besides, not ALL archers brag about it dear Kholai. :p
