big problem I cant start the game.....

i cant start my game at all... like... i click the shorcut.... opens the browser i type email and pass (both correct) it starts and while it is loading the game (b4 u game actually starts) cuts off with an error report .... its while its unzipping 20071213 001.xz


can anyone help me???

Well...from my experience there's only one thing to do! I'm afraid u have to unistall and start over again from the start! If your conection to the internet for some reason went down during updates then u r srce***. Hope someone has better news to give u. Like i said, just from my experience i can speak

While unzipping the first patch file from December 17th of 2007, the last content update of closed beta? o_o';

Do an uninstall/re-install, but use the download available on the SoS landing page as opposed to the setup file you may have first used when you originally installed SoS. Much less patching to do, and if a re-install takes 20+ hours for you, like it does for me, this will probably save you a good three to four hours.
