View Full Version : Logging out of Customer Support page?

Hello,

I was wanting to Contact a CSR last night, but found out that I was still logged in on that page on my alt account. I've relogged into the Outspark webpage and even the forums on my main account (this one), but for some reason it's not logging out my alt account on this page: http://outspark.custhelp.com/app/ask

Usually, every time I go to that page I get the log-in screen, but now it's just logged into my alt account. I have cleared my cookies and all that on the browser, but still, nothing. I've trying everything again today without any results. Should I just contact a CSR about this or do I need to do anything else on my browser? Please help ><;

Try deleting your entire browsing history as well as temporary internet files.

Okay, I went to Tools > Interned Options > Delete cookies, temp. files, history, etc, and it's still not logging my alt account out =(

Very strange indeed. I'd say contact the Support Team regarding this. I'm not sure exactly what pages were tied to the support site(for logging out purposes).

I contacted CSR and resetting the IE settings kind of worked (I have to do it each time I want to relog on the 'Contact a CSR page'.) But I can also use Firefox (I only have to clear cookies on that one) so I guess it's no biggie ^^ Thanks for the help!
