Mistake or not ?

y build is a 25 spr and 15 str but a lvl 52 archer told me that putting on STR its not a good thing at high level so I was wondering should I begin a new archer SPR/END or stay with my lvl 36 archer STR/SPR or stay with my characater i begin to put END ???

Stay with him. Just put rest in DEX until 25 then in STR or END.

I don't want to pu any point in DEX its really should i continu with STR or go with END ?

There's nothing wrong with adding the str, especially so if u are partying in a high level areas as the bonus dmg from str is dealt regardless of the mob's def. I don't recommend adding end though as it only adds 5 health per point and negligible def and you might as well get the end u need from rings. (str from items gives dmg which ARE reduced by mob's def). Just my 2 cents worth
