I found this very funny bug:
You go into the OX Quiz Field and go to the area in the corner, where there is long grass.Right there, there is a hole in the ground! When you jump into the hole you start flying in the air!!!Its very strange, but its also very fun xD

1) This is in the wrong topic.
2) You shouldn't be abusing glitches.
3) Commonly known glitch lol.

Oh come on...as far as I know this only relates to things giving an unfair advantage in the game, which this doesn't and therefore isn't "abusing" any access. It's just fun and OS obviously don't care, it's been around since the dawn of time.

Exploiting a bug is what is against the ToS there is nothing to exploit about this bug it holds no ingame advantage. Its allowed I remember people doing the bug infront of a GM during an event there they dont care at all about that bug since there is nothing to benefit from it.
EDIT: Out of boredom I went to look at the ToS again
o) You may not exploit any bug, feature, or design within the Outspark Service. You may not intentionally use and/or share such information, real or fictitious, regardless of intent, or if it grants an unfair advantage. You may not directly or indirectly communicate the existence of such exploit to another user of the Outspark Service. You will report any such exploit via the bug reporting process outlined on the Outspark Site.
Ultimately it comes down to how Outspark determine it but since it holds no advantage and it cant harm other players its simply a bug with simply nothing to exploit about it.

Yeah, good luck with that:

There were some "holes" within the maps of Abyss Marsh and OX Field that would allow characters to fall under the map. These maps have been patched to prevent this odd, yet somewhat entertaining glitch.

I'm sorry, but you're not putting the right parts in bold.
Here, I'll show you:

Actually.. That exctrat from the ToS says "OR"
It says you may not exploit a bug... Even if you did it unintentionally, OR if it gives an unfair advantage.

4th word of the paragraph "Exploit" clearly there is nothing from such bug Regardless of what you and I think we both know that no GM would ban you for using this bug as there was nothing to gain from it if the bug was still around. (That was even implied in the patch notes when the bug was fixed) Having said that this argument is irrelevant now anyway since it was fixed.
The ToS is a series of loopholes anyway it contradicts itself right there. Exploiting in a video game simply means abusing a bug for personal gain in someway but that bug provided nothing of that. Because of that we are actually both right and wrong. I dont think you understand what exploiting actually means in a video game as it has a different meaning in a video game otherwise you would have not replied in that manner
