What do you mean? Do you need the Heal skill or...
If you need the Heal skill, it's available at "Skill Merchant Ruby". The shop window will appear. Just click "Cleric", then the first button "Active". Right click the "Heal (1)" skill scroll to purchase it. In your inventory, right click the skill scroll to learn it. To assign the skill to a hotkey, just open up your skill information window and drag the "Heal (1)" skill to the shortcut menu (the one with 1 to 0 and - and =).
