need help lvling

hey im lvl 26 and it is gettin friggin retarded to lvl cuz it take so long. i mean i need 26k and wen i get lvl 27 im probably gonna need like 31k to lvl. even if i got to moonlight tomb or watever its called cuz i forget lol, it still takes a long time cuz monsters hit hard and make me use pots/stones. i just wanna no if there is a faster way. i wanna party but usually my friends are busy wit somethin else. if u cqan help plz do cuz it takes so long to lvl... and its gonna b even harder at lvl 30+.

In my opinion, it would be easier at 30+ since people prefer this level @ CP.
At your level, try to team up with a cleric, or do KQ every 2hours; It will be tough. And if you know some high level friends, ask them for party (bring aim scrolls).

If you think it takes a long time to level at 26, seriously,do yourself a favor and quit now.

It doesn't get any faster. It isn't hard, but it takes some patience. There's a lot of grinding in this game, but it's not ALL grinding..Quests and stuff help.

A level 43 needs around 390k. 48 is like 900k. 58-59 is 2million I believe.

And the exp per kill doesn't go up anywhere near at the same ratio. So if it's taking you too long now, just quit. You'll be miserable if you ever get to 30+.

By the way..It's very possible to get a character to level 30 in a single day, or at the most 2-3 days. So I'm not sure how fast you expect to level, but if you think killing 5 bats should net you a level, this isn't the game for you.

Ur lvling is also depends on ur stat build.. coz ur stat build help alot when lvling ( also in doing quest )
Im only lvl 17, but i read some of guides and i noticed that all of their guides helps alot

1 Handed Sword - Must be ur build was a tanker type, coz u can't fight well using 1 handed sword.. i mean was you can't dmg well coz 2 handed sword or axe better when fighting ( leveling ) Ur build must be atleast 10 End + 17 Str so that u can tank well ( leveling lvl 26 = 27 bonus stats, 26 stats + bonus stats from lvl 1 )

2 Handed Sword - Ur build must be evasion type ( dex type ) coz that build helps alot when leveling, more evasion, less dmg ( miss ) ur build can be like... ( 10 Dex + 17 Str ) or can be a critical type ( 10 dex + 5 Spr + 12 str a little bit critical type )

2 Handed Axe - Kinda deals more dmg than 2 handed sword and better like 2 handed sword.. but ur build must be str tanker type like my guide in 1 handed sword or if u want to be a dex type or critical type, its up to you...

I take 7 hours to be lvl 17 ( just a newbie started 1 day ago ) but my build was balance.. ( 7 str + 5 End + 5 Spr ) i will be a critical type but not now coz my level is too low for now, maybe when i reach lvl 20, imma switch to critical type ( 2 handed sword ) :D
I take low dmgs from monsters and can take more quest for a short time ( coz continuous killing monster ) I hope my guide helps...

PS: if u want to really easy lvling, take some quest and use some scrolls ( power, vit, def scrolls ) and kill monsters that gives high exp ( not high lvl that you )

2) Your comments are horrible. Please don't tell fighters to waste points in dex, no matter their goals.
3) 7 hours to get to 17 is slow as hell. Level 20 is attainable in well under 7 hours.
4) 2 handed swords are useless. Axes have a better damage output.
5) A level 26 does not have 27 free stats. They have 26.

Hmm try a balance of things, based on what u fight how u fight and how or what u fight with might be somethingto consider. Example, if u use a axe, i sugest sprthe haxe has high atck, so incresining ur spr would help u get more critical atcks in, also i agree dex is crap. Try some str and spr with an axe, u'll have high enough damge. Also try partying with a mage or cleric and killing some high lvl stuff, a mage can be great support.

Hey i no this is a fighter forum, but tell me what u think of my stat plans for my mage, i've planned how id like to distribute my stats lemmie no what u think, i also i lsited what each stat does in case u forgot

STATS;
STR = +1.2dmg
END = +.1%block(1~50)/.05%block(51+), +.5def, +5hp.
DEX = +.2%evade(1~50)/.1%evade(51+), +.3%aim(1~33)/.2%aim(34~67)/.1%aim(68+)
INT = +1.2Mdmg
SPR = +.2%crit(1~25)/.1%crit(26+), +.5Mdef, +5sp

If the max level is 100, then this is how a PURE build would look like.

STR = +138dmg
END = +8.25%block, +57.5def, +575hp
DEX = +16.5%evade, +21.2%aim
INT = +138Mdmg
SPR = +14%crit, +57.5Mdef, +575sp
this is assuming that from level 1~100 you get a free stat point each level, and that you received the +5 free stat points from the first job advance, and +10 free stat points from the second job advance.

This has been edit, so at the top is my stats, but i forgot about the bouns stat u get every tine u increase1 stats 5 times, so at the bottom is the revised stat's and how they will effect me in the end,read this part first if'd u like, but the second paret at the bottom here has the real #'s

Yea im getting end, i dont like being papper, i mean the like 30+hp from end and 30+sp as well as like 3Mgicdef and normal Def is good. I'm trying to plan more stats, but i think like 20spr and 15end the rest Int should be pretty sweel. End will give me a little more hp and Def and Spr will give me a little more sp and magic def. I'll hvae (if i ever get too lvl100) Ill have 80int witch is +96magic dmg. Witch is not that bad, and if i got 83 int then +99.6 Magic dmg. My bounus hp will be for 15end 75extra hp and 60extra hp for 12 end my def will be like +7.5 for 15end and 6 for 12 end also ill have 100 extra sp as well as +10magic def, i may do 12 end and 23spr witch is 115sp and 11.5 magic def. But all an all. i think a little end would really help a mage. Also If u go
full int u will get =138Magic dmg
Full End +8.25%block, +57.5def, +575hp
Full spr +14%crit, +57.5Mdef, +575sp

So me personally i'd like to have my liitle bit of end and spr, that why insted of me being papper thing... ill be as thin as cradbord.

Also 80int is alot, i plan to go into my Lvl20 Job change at lvl25 with 5end 5spr and like 15int witch adds up to be

my int will give me =18 Magic dmg
My spr will give me +25sp and 2.5magic def
My end will give me +25hp and +2.5 def

Witch im sure will help me in my second class change quest, also afterwards i will use the 5 points as such

so if all goes as plans by the time i have my second class change ill have
19int=+22.8Magic dmg
6end=+30spr and 3Magic Def
6spr=+30hp and 3Def

From then i will increase only my int until it's 40 witch would put me at lvl46 then i'd up my End and Spr Until there 12. From there I'd mostlike ly be able to do the next class change and i'd use the 10 points as well as the lvlup ill get there mostlikey to get me to 23spr. From there it's all int.



Ok i tottally forgot about the 1 bounus stat for every 5 stats u put, for example if i go 80 int ill get Like 16extra int. So know if u would like to readon. ill display the rest of the finnally stats.

With all the bonus stats points added in and stat placemtn revised becasue of the bonus stat, here's how my stats whould add up

Int97
+116.4 Magic dmg

Spr25
+125sp +12.5 Magic Def

End15
+75hp +7.5def

So here are the new stats,i hope to try to get 3 more int from gear and aabout 5 more end from gear, witch if it foes as plans will give me +30hp and +3def witch puts the total to +105hp and 10.5def, if i get the 3 int ill have +120magicdmg,

So what u ppl's think of my stat plan.
