I was purchasing Enhancement Bundle [Tier 3] and after my third purchase of the bundle, the "Thanks for Purchasing Screen" got glitched. The background was white and the recommendations for other purchases were all cramped to the left side. So, I refreshed it two times, then went back one page and bought a bundle again. Suddenly, I was charged for 3 bundles when I only bought one. I know that SparkCash items are nonrefundable but it was the website's error. I only clicked "Buy It Now" once. Will I get a damn refund? I'm already pissed off enough because of the fact that I burned 2 stacks of Karis on failed enhancements.

The CSRs are more than happy to help you with this issue. Send a ticket to them explaining what happened and they'll try and resolve the problem.
