Can low level Licence get leveled by Pleveling?

no.. the mobs must be in range with the player wielding the weapon. what u can do though, in the case of an Orc license, is have a lvl 50 player equip that level 1 weapon while being plvled there.

a lvl 1 player could possibly do a ratman license or something from SOG/FOM... i don't think anything MT or higher would qualify.

Why would you upgrade a lvl 1 weapon for crits?? and with an orc license??:confused:

id buy it, lmao. you have to be within 20 levels of the monster... but no more than 5 above its level.

You can only have a mob 20 levels higher then you to grind a lic. When i was 73 i had a gold lic (and i couldnt grind it) but then at 74 I could. So a lvl 1 could do things from burning hill, but not MT like you said :D
