how can i start using skills? buying them? lol

Yes. Buy them from Skill Master Rubi. She's under a building on the north side of Roumen.

They don't cost too much at first, so you should be power-striking in no time ;)

and the skill empower... =S
increase the level of skill basic power and taht stuff o.o

Well, I'm just getting offline, so I already logged outta Fiesta. I can't look to confirm the first part for an answer.

Skill Empowering is for upgrading your skills. You get about one point in that for each level you gain, usually. Hit that button and drag a skill icon to the top tab. Then select which upgrade you want on it.

The upgrades are very suble, but they multiply into massive advantages when you purchase the next tier of that skill.

u left clike on them and u put them where ur numbers are by draging them to the spot u want them ^-^

it says the prodution skill is yet obtained wat does that mean
