I was wondering what monsters I should kill to get from level 28-level 30. please help me.

Moonlight Tomb solo or Vine Tomb with a party. If you go to VT, get your healer in advance, because it's nowhere near as populated as CP and MT.
I wouldn't do CP until mid 30's, even for a full END fighter.
