I dowloaded the game and I found out that It's very lagy and I can't even attack a monster or talking to the NPC without dc or giant lag.... I have tryed the Shift+Z thing but It's still doesn't work well.. I think It's an awsome game so plz help me play It.. Give me some answer guys.. :(

What are the specs on your PC? Are you at or below the minimum requirements? Are you on dialup, or DSL/Cable? What video card are you using? How much RAM do you have?
There's no way to help without knowing the cause of your problems.

I use Insert key for deleting other players.
I change hot key in option manu..
Fiesta requires lower computer sys than other MMorpg these days..
If you have dsl/ cable. and it works well.
I'd check video card. if you have 128/250mb or better. check ram. recommend 1GB... or as least half of it...
