Yes i know that keeping mm1 and fire bolt 1 are good because of the cool down time is low, would increasing lightning and ice bolts to higher levels a good idea or not because of the sp cost. any sensible comments would be appreciated and id like this not turn into a flame on pure int or hybrid int/spr.
i did do a search but i found nothing that was really useful (i was a quick glance at a long list)
