ok im a tank im not pure end, i have +1 in str.

but you can say im pure end.


wouldnt it be ok to use a 2h instead of a 1h wit sheild cuz everyone says 1h wit shiueld is thew best for tanked but why do you need it when you already have beastly defence. why not use a axe or 2h for added damage that you did not get from str points?

If you're solo, or duo, a 2h weapon will be better, because you'll need the added damage. In a full party with even 1 mage or 1 archer, you'll be better off using the shield and sword, to increase your ability to tank multiple mobs, and non-stop pulling.

The thing with fighters (and clerics), when you've got a mage or archer in the party, your damage becomes obsolete.

Random numbers, probably pretty close:

Group: 1 fighter, 2 clerics, 1 mage, 1 archer

Fighter: 10% of total damage
Clerics: 5% of total damage (Possibly 0%..depending on what you fight)
Mage+Archer: 85-90% of total damage.

Yes. I plan on using both 1h sword and an axe on my fighter. It will get expensive, though. Either way, if you're built properly, you can tank KQ fine with a 2h weapon.

Yep it's best to have a two handed weapon anyway.

2 handed sword does less damage then Axe and you get less defense then using a Sword and shield.

You lose more Hp but kill quicker.

because your killing faster which lowers the time they have to hurt you.

Yep but if someone has a Shield and sword then they will tank (If they have same or a little less ho than you, and same level)

Na get an Axe (You'll need it for grinding) and if you have spare money buy a 1h sword ans shield.

Not really, Grinding on monsters give more Exp, lets look at it.

A GH Kq would give me Approximately 4.5 Exp.

If I killed Imps in MT they would give me 90 Exp, it takes me 20 seconds to kill an imp. so in 1 minute and a bit I would have 270 exp x that by 20 and that is 5400. 900 more.

Tanking is not to kill monsters it's too take the hits and be the meat shield. Grinding is to solo kill monsters.

Grinding is just repeatedly killing mobs for exp whether it's solo or group.
