Petition For Old Buff Icons!

I'm going to start a petition to get the old buff icons back.



-Nobody likes them
-They were easier to identify and understand before
-The new ones don't look as good
-They are confusing


All you have to do is vote in the poll, post in the thread and try to get some attention from the OS Team!!!

This poll seems kind of one sided though. If someone happen to choose that they like the new buff icons, they have to accept that they're an idiot?

I'm not too fond of the buff icons now, but I'm slowly getting use to them. I would, however, like the old icons to return.

Old icons were what I first started playing Fiesta with, elaborate(ly pretty), and easy to recognize. <3

YES! Q___Q GIMME BACK THE EPIC OLDER ICONS! .... :D... Please? q.q They were awesome icons (and by that I mean totally recognizeable to any cleric and that they didnt have to SCROLL OVER every buff to see which ones they're missing! D:)

Seriously... ARROWS, PLUSES, AND STARS??? DX come on, you people at Outspark are more creative than that q.q... The OLD Icons were much better, and they didnt cause a problem for big time buffers, like myself, because the buff icons were the same as the skills themselves.

I honestly think it would be in your best interest to keep old the old icons, which are still the same data as skill icons, just smaller, then all-new icons, itll help save space on the fiesta servers, though however small the space may be, its enough for something like another new event item, mini pet, spark cash item, and more... Just please give us back our old icons? Dx

Edit: And B the W.... everyone who complains that you can't tell what the new icons are.... Suck it up and learn. I know what they are. When the old icons were first applied no one knew what they were but people learned.

Reminds me of the blood animation for the crits. I loved the blood crits but whining kids thinking they were white knights got all moral on OS and OS bowed to the pressure and removed it. Yet when we have glitches that have been in the game since the dawn of time and they dont fix them no one gets a poll going about it. I really really really hope that OS do their normal thing of not doing anything. Normally I'm the first to condemn them for not taking action but in this instance I hope they just ignore the moaning butthurt knackersacks who have nothing better to do than complain about something superficial that really doesn't affect gameplay whatsoever. Grow up, deal with it. Change happens in life, and it doesn't always go the way you want it. When it doesn't pick yourself up and move on.

On a side note..... If OS deem this stupid icon argument worthy as change then why not the Xmas pets back to tradable? Ya know.... something that actually affected the game?

I've already posted my thoughts on the icon issue in another thread so I won't repeat everything here. Instead I'm mostly just posting to possibly answer why people care about the buff icons, so that people don't completely lash out at each other from both sides. Although to some this cause isn't something worth doing and it doesn't affect the game, in truth it does. Anything that affects the players affects the gameplay. Plus as it was stated before Ons On is looking for feedback on the new buff icons. If it's asked, it's given simple as that.

On the other hand changes happen and at times we do just have to suck it up and deal with it. If it is decided that the new buff icons are going to stay, then we'll just have to adapt. We've done it in the past with other things and we can do it now with the buff icons. Sometimes we'll just have to deal with things we don't like, that's life.

In short if they change them back then great, and if not then we'll adapt.

However this is something based on opinion and therefore everyone is entitled to their opinion. So maybe for the poll ask a GM or someone who can alter things posted in polls if they can go in and erase the idiot comment in the poll option. And people telling people to just grow up chill. An opinion was asked and it's being given. You're just as welcome to say that you like them or not just enough with the insults on both sides alright? Posting reasoning's for your opinions are fine, like you like them because they're cute or you don't like them because they're harder to understand then fine, but just don't attack the other side. ^.^

It was something that Onsonsoft did. The community expressed their disapproval and Outspark was able to get OOS to return the old icons.

Also, this thread's 4 months old. We try to not revive threads that haven't been posted in for 3 weeks or longer. :)
