ok well im have a lvl 5 mage and it says i have 1 skill empower thing and i dont know how to use it.
can anyone help me?

Well best bet would either be hold off or put in cool down time on magicbolt
if your not sure how to do it you open the empower menu then click and drag toe spell to the slot in the empower menu and decide which you would like to increase
