Does the participation button in KQ having delay?

Does the participaction button in KQ having a delay...? I dunno it yet coz im just newbie here... :D well everytime I click it, it takes a sec. to be click again... does it have?? :D

There is a lag time. Just relog and the delay will be greatly reduced.
