Which quests?

I'm currently level 17 and looking to become level 20 somewhat fast... I was wondering which quests would be useful to a mage and my experience? Grinding may be the fasted and that is my last resort and I can't seem to even get into the last KQ of Mara which is pretty lame, help would be appreciated!

If you having quests in your quest log, it's best to finish all of those. Quests are a great way of getting a great deal of exp. Reaching lvl 20 by quests is the fastest with minimal grinding.
