Can you replicate this bug: no, based on receiving a title only once

Describe the bug: I have the title "Unlucky Enhancer" twice. I think I was supposed to get either "Failed Enhancer" or "Item Breaker" but I was awarded a 2nd "Unlucky enhancer" instead.

I highlighted the 2nd title. You can see the first title at the top of the list.

Describe how to replicate it, if you can*: It happened during a large session of enhancing. Sorry but I no longer remember if I either broke lots of items or failed lots of times

Unlucky Enhancer – Can be obtained twice.

Hopeless Enhancer - Can be obtained twice.

Cursed Enhancer - Can be obtained twice.

Apprentice Merchant – Can be obtained twice.

NOTE : Duplicate titles may or may not count toward Title collection titles. Title Collector is glitched, making this uncertain.
