where can I buy low quality sap for T2 scroll production? is there an NPC to buy from? I don't want to have to go and harvest it. I'm too high lvl to be using T1 scrolls now.

well u don't use sap for t1 scrolls, but yes u will need to farm all of the "final" scroll (or potion) elements. Saps, Mushrooms, Toadstools, and the various Herbs all need to be farmed. You can, however, just farm a couple, then set up a buy shop in town. With a lot of people searching for Isya Blossoms, i'm pretty sure you'll get what u need fairly quickly.
(or farm some hq and decomp to mq then decomp to LQ... u'll have TONS)

I get tons of low q sap from trees searching for Isya Blossoms in FoM e.e blossoms...getting bad to be thinking of where to go to get more..argh this quest ><
but anywho Oo FoM is where I get mine to make my T2 scrolls that require low q sap
