For some reason I can't chat with anyone unless I whisper. For me there is no other way. CTRL-N doesn't work and simply N doesn't work. I tried to get it working with another key with the same results. I have come to the end of what I know to do. What's going on here? Another thing, how the hell to I get a ticket to get help? Following the instructions given does nothing. At least for me that's the way it is.
