and im not a cleric, so i dont know the value. anyone willing to tell me? i believe its +3DEX +4INT, requires lvl 4

A couple hundred copper at most. If it had like 6-10 "useful" stats, it could be worth up to 500 copper. But even then you're only going to sell it to someone's 2nd/3rd/4th character. No real level 4 can afford that kind luxury item.

ive never seen a drop like that for such a low lv char. thats sorta cool.
