New Neophyte + Cash Weapon?

I actually have two questions. I started today so I'm like level 20 neophyte. I looked in the cash shop and I saw that there are weapons with like 43 or 50 attack. So my questions are..

1) If I buy one of those for 7/30 days, will it be a good leveling tool? Since my dagger now is like only +15 attack..

2) There was no neophyte category, but they can equip cash weapons from the rogue category right?

Thanks for the reply. I have another quesiton..

Can I still use my skills with any of the Solstice Store weapons? Like I remember some skills said Dagger.. So I'm unsure if this will work.

Yes, rogue cash shop weapons are "daggers"
