Since the marriage summon is not fixed, I am taking a fast from my rider.
My theory is...Outspark doesn't care if the marriage summon is fixed because
it will give them more revenue generated from rider feed. Thus to counter this
I am refusing to use my rider for said journeys.
I have a lvl 92 fighter, and a lvl 92 cleric on Teva server. This will be a challenge since
Swamp of Dawn is not graced by a stone merchant, and the closest stone merchants are
in Burning Rock's outpost, and AR. I wrote OS CS and they have given me the "case closed" stamp saying they forwarded the complaint to the software folks. It has been 1 patch since the marriage summon was broken, and it is not fixed, nor closed. lol
I have learned a couple of things since taking a rider fast:
1. It it is faster to just grind on BMM, and BH....something in SOD near the door to AR.
2. Fighters run out of little blue stones alot! So Souleah, my lvl 92 fighter is stuck near the door to AR in SOD, say hey if you see me.
3. If you run out of stones and have BOT and your scrolls are under 10 min it will save you sparkcash if you pop through the door to AR and die. What dies in AR stays in AR and you reincarnate right near the stone merchant. I will save rider feed in the future with this trick. TY OS!
4. If you are grinding on Gargs, rhinoce, or crystal guardian...the stone merchant in BR is closer to you. You have to kill everything on the way but hey more exp.
5. If you have a noob in eldy, and try to purchase a hobby horse for your upper level character in AR, don't plan on passing it through storage, hobby's are not non transferable through storage. GRRRR.

hmm i understand your frustration and your need to make a statement, most of us all face the same dillema, but keep in mind that while you're walking everywhere, you're also losing time on your 'long-term' items.. your crit suit, your BOT, your Extender, your Exp Boost, and whatever else u might be using... you're also inconveniencing those that you may be partied with as they await your return from your journey.

We are currently trying to fix the Marriage Summon Skill. Contrary to popular belief, sometimes this will take a bit of time. If it's not fixed within a week, that doesn't mean it will never be fixed. We ask that you please be patient with us, while we continue to try and get this working again for you guys.

Last time the Marriage summons was broken, I believe it took nearly two months to get fixed, probably longer.

But it did happen, have patience.

I seriously doubt OS is exploiting their own bug to boost sales in mounts...

Besides, you can always buy the in game mount on your main. They're slower, but they aren't expensive.

i can see where your coming from. the fact of it being broken is a pain. but heres comes something else. those who aren't married in the higher levels have to cope without warping all over the place with aid from another person. it's not that hard really. and they have to waste their 30 day or 7 day stuff travelling about. just use your mount and learn to adapt. people got along without the whole marriage warp skill before it came out i'm sure they'll cope with not having to use it now.

No more like a million threads of 9x players sayin' they're quitting 'cause their teva didn't work AND their exp boosts are caput.... I know if I died and teva was bugged, I'd be sorely tempted to quit lol. Thats a huge amount of exp. x.x 'specially if you're stuck solo 99.999% of the time.

I read the first sentence and came up with a response.

You're thinking way too far into this.
They don't intentionally glitch the game just so people will spend more money on mount food.

Your fasting is a lost cause.
The most popular reason people get married is for the summon.
With the summon broke, people will not get married; therefore, OutSpark would lose money.

Just be patient with them.

One of the huge problems with this game, is people are lazy.
I remember when the 8x BR repeats were out. You had to RUN to BR. There were no gates. That mean, from Uruga, Forest, FoS, BR, FM.
It took 10-15 just to do a quest that only took 30minutes to do!

I dunno i always felt reasurred knowing silky was on the case, in my opinion he seemed to be the main fix it man but who does it now that silky makes facebook games >_<
I feel sorry for my poor hubby i have a sc mount but he has the horse head on a stick. Ive taken to riding my old horse on a stick purely because it doesnt feel right zipping past him on my sc mover >_<

Guys, let me tell you something. We do not intentionally glitch something in our game just to boost sales of an item in the Fiesta Store. Period. Even if we had, would the revenue from those sales be worth putting out fires on the forums all day? Of course not.

Fixing bugs takes time and it has to go through the proper channels before it finally reaches the players.
