log-in issues

when I try to log in fiesta after I first install it on my computer, I keep getting this error:

Is there any way that I could fix this?

I have a windows XP so it shouldnt be the windows. my computer is kinda slow: 1.3Ghz with 512MB of ram but I dont think thats the reason why i keep getting that message.
