T3 Str pots quest?

I just turned in the quest for the T3 str pots from the skill master in Uruga..and I didn't get the pots. Did they change it or something? ..Because I really wanted those pots >.>;

I'll send out a ticket in a bit..just want to get info from anyone else first.

i always wondered where people got T3 str pots from
assumed they dropped from chests at 1st lol

It's from the lvl 69 Strength enhancing elixer. The last time I checked the quest it gave T3 strength pots. I'm quite sure of it.
