I bought a Wooden Horse, but it's 0/1000, what i need to do for my Wooden Horse up to 1000/1000?

You have to "feed" it.

Buy flotation stones from the Item Merchant (In Roumen = Item Merchant Pey)

Right click the stones, and the charge will increase to 1000/1000.

Make sure to summon the horse before right clicking the floatation stones.
