help plz

i get to the server select and i selec the server but the game wont go
i cant do annything i click quit or join nothing happens i have to CTR + ALT+ delete and end the process plz help

This may be a dumb question.

But, are you pressing the "join" button at the bottom?

did that to it wont work at all i tried downloading patches and manually installing them but they dont fix it and i dont kno what to do

I am not sure what the problem is. You may have to uninstall and reinstall. I know that sucks, but it might be the only answer.

Firewall is turned off right?
