what do u think of archer class?

i dont think the classes are balance at all. i have a 96 archer with full +9 bone set and bk 90 xbow. i cant even kill a 9x mage, or fighter, or cleric. archer sucks. weak def and dmg. archer is good for poisoning enemies, but when its pvp, 70 dmg per sec isnt gonna hurt them at all. thinking of quitting my archer and going back to my fighter.

the archer class is a good solo class. and yeah agreed with ngel. we aren't pvp built. Outspark has been working on class balance and they usually add that change every cap raise Oo usually if they fix one class, all the other classes kinda get unbalanced so please, one and the others will complain

The initial damage of mists can crit, 0-x but not the DoT's that would be so weird
lol, and for archer's with 50%critrate+ that would be hell for other classes.
Increasing base DoT Dmg would be nice for pvp, considering that our DoT's
are more for a long drawn out battle or kiting then actually killing someone fast lol

Archers aren't tank busters either :P and they are also given range so overpowering them wouldn't be fun.
After all, i managed to survive against an onslaught of 5 archers one day in pvp kq and still won ^^ non extended, non charmed, not even a sc suit lolol (3 Rangers, 1 sharpshooter, and a 96 lol)

They have "decent" def/mdef/atk. High eva. really none of their stats are too low or too high.
Well maybe their def is a little low but range makes up for it, so does dex.

It's all trade offs.

Yeah having all prestige skills broken and as little evasion as a fighter is really "balanced."
Let's see. Fighters get high def. Potential to have high mdef, and the ability to hit high evasion.
Mages get high mdef, can hit high evasion/aim, and use other classes low mdef as their advantage.
Archers get what, low damage, low def, low mdef "decent" evasion? um doesn't sound "well rounded" to me. wanna be balanced, give us high evasion. We're not a pvp class, but we should be able to take/dodge some hits from an angry fighter that just wants free kills.

Thing is, archers are a PvP class. One of the best going by the Korean version standards. OS just decided the archers on Fiesta didn't need more than half of their skills. ;x

You shouldn't compare our version to any other version, seeing as each version strives for some uniquness, and with that, there's probably a reason as to why we get some skills later on compared to other versions. It's not a "Should have gotten", but a "Assumed to have gotten as other versions hold them at that level".

It's not always OS fault to see when they get the skill release. They may have, and, they may not. They've changed a lot of release levels, changed weapon levels and a few armor levels, to accommodate for our specific version.

Our version has a buffed Helga, an altered house system, nerfed/buffed instances, ya know, stuff that DIFFERS from other versions.
My class is BROKEN. Whats stopping them from fixing some game files? They have the ABILITY and RIGHT to, considering they can change everything else. Oh right, because it doesn't make them a crapload of cash so its not worth it.

Lmfao, my mage has been 1st every pvp kq since lvl 60(in the 55~69 one), except for one time when i happened to get a pvp kq where people actually hated me -got slaughtered in a 8vs1-

All you need is a +10 wand, chaincast, fear, and dex 8D

My archer also got first every pvp kq, but that was w/ lvl 89, 70% charmed lmfa0, even then
it was a struggleeee.

hmm... I hope you haven't encountered me yet, but if you have, you've seen that if you make an archer with just the right build, and just the right armor, you will be the best in pvp. Archer's have the advantage of evation, which I dont use much, but its always an option. I have a level 76 archer, and I have 3.7k natural HP. I am NOT a sparkcash user, and I dont believe I need it. I have not yet met any other level 70~80 archer than can kill me, no matter how much sparkcash they have on them. If you would like me to, I could make a demonstrational video.
