Pet quest music box trio glitch

2 steps from end of pet quest, talked to the egg who wanted more songs and said to go see crazy old man. After talking to the egg, music box duo and incubator B both disappeared. Tried talking to crazy old man but since I dont have the music box, he just wants:mad: to play and wont do anything. Tried talking to the egg again and it still asks for more songs but then says its sad cuz I FORGOT the music box! Pet timer is not running now of course.

i got a problem like urs around 3 months ago.Once i tried to create my music box trio it said i forgot it but when i checked my inventory it glitched into egg shells. That time i tried to talk to a GM without any response (tried to talk to one for 1 month, it was pretty dissapointing) and CSR told me that they cant do anything when it comes to pet quest.
But that was my case if u got a pic i would encourage u to send a ticket or try to talk to a GM even though i think it wont be solved...

Yeah I just got a msg from Customer non- service Hal saying he cant do anything about a gameplay issue.To me this is not a gameplay issue but a technical fault in the game and they should be able to rectify it.What the point of doing pet quest if this can happen after 160+ hours of work.

Well CS says it cant help, talk to GM. GM says cant help, talk to CS. What a joke! All that effort wasted. So if you cant make pets, what else is there for high lvls to do?Become a shopkeeper i guess. This has totally changed the ngame for me, no interest in it now.

I am sorry you don't feel you got an adequate response from CS. I have opened a trouble ticket on this so our QA team can determine if it is a bug, and if so what can be done about it.

One of the tricks when troubleshooting something like this is, first and foremost, whether it can be duplicated. If it cannot be duplicated it is very hard to fix .. because we don't know what causes it in the first place.

Thankyou Circe, it makes me feel much better that you have acknowledged the fact that there was a problem and are at least trying to check it out, not just brushing me off as a whiner.I can see why you are CS manager. Thx again.
