This has been going on for a while now, it's weird, I always load to the other pvp KQ times, but never get into the 12:55. Is there some kind of bug?

Maybe It is a bug I gots a few options which i Highly 100% You've already done but what the heck

a) No Inventory Open
b) Moving Before You Port helps Me alot
c) Dont have shop window open
d) Dont Talk/Chat when in that 10sec porting bit
