It says i dont have enough spark cash when i am trying to gift this thing to my friend but it shows that i have over double the amount :(

i have the same problem and i just got my sparkcash from the outspark giftcard i cant gift

If you have any Free Offer SparkCash on your account, you can't use it for gifting. If you just had a few becuase you didn't have enough from charging/gift cards, you cannot gift.
