What is the stats building of a templar? Can anyone post where I can get all the skills for that class?

You can find out about Templar skills by visiting the Skill Book Merchant with any Disciple class character.
Templars are mostly POW, and should go close to pure POW to start at level 45.
Before level 45, you'll have to be an Acolyte, which is pure INT with enough POW for upgraded canes.
Take a good look around in this section of the forums for more tips.
