You buy the skill called "Heal" at level 3, activate it, bring it up from the skill menu to your designated hot key, pick a target and cast.

Be level 3, right-click the scroll, press "K" and drag it to one of your slots, like I said earlier.

It says "Heal (1)" on it, minimum level requirement is level 3 to use it. It's the first "offensive" (twisted ^.-) skill on Ruby's shop for Cleric, located on the top left.

It's a purple pargement. Look in your inventory. Right-click to learn it if you are level 3 or abive.

Pay more attention to my posts.
You only need to press the hot key to buff/heal yourself, unless you have targeted someone else by clicking on them.

You see squared boxes on your bottom on the screen or on the right side, marked "1-0", plus "+" and "-".(You also see green little men in 1 and 2.)
Press the "K"-key to bring up skills, pick "offensive skills" and left-click to bring up your "Heal (1)", now you can drag it to slot 3 of the squared boxes.
Press "3" and use Heal.
And refrain from using the word "n00b" on yourself, it's reserved for insults and other unpleasent thing.

Be nice... Newbish explains the very same thing we all were at one time. Newb is also a state of mind, not a level in a game... laughing at those trying to learn is noob-like, moreso. If you'd like me to differentiate, I will.
