That is up to our mobile payment partner; they are constantly launching in new countries as they obtain agreements with the various telco's there.

Well the thread was about Argentina mobile payments, Circe said their mobile peoples have to work with the telcos, I asked the question.
The transitive property gives us telcos being related to argentina, but you said something abotu Australlia?

Yeah, Australia has a phone/internet provider called Telco. >-> It might spread to Argentina, since it's a chain.
