Outspark provides Fiesta service in North America. People in other countries can access the game so long as there is not another company already providing service in that country. Just google search "Fiesta Online" and add your country's name at the end. You will find the version of Fiesta to which you need to subscribe.

Yep, if your from france, germany, england, spain you can play on gamigo fiesta, other areas have their own fiesta companies.
