Epith is d/cing and at high population?

So it's 4:30AM here on the west coast of the USA. So that means in New York it'd be 7:30 AM. Last time I checked there weren't enough people on this early to pull a server, nevermind two (apoline is high and dcing too) to high pop. Is there something going on that I missed? Or does this really happen a lot, I mean I'm not on ussually at this time of the day. Well sorry if this seems like a rant, it just completely blows my mind.
