Lol everyone will tell you to go to their server because they think its the best one. There really isnt an answer to your question. It depends what you are looking for.

I think the choice of the server is random anyway. You'll find very nice people but also arrogant dramamakers in your Fiesta trip :)
Teva Apo and Bijou owns their drama server title because there are a lot of people there, thus you'll see fights over weapons, grind spots...

If i had to choose a server as a fiesta rookie, i'd try one of the newest servers. Where the same people don't have 157953 golds and don't own all the godliest gears.

o.o welp, iderno about the other servers but you can become godly on any server you play on. ^-^
If you farm your own gear, do production skills, and level, then you won't have any problems.
Some people just whine about not being able to get gears or money, but they're just lazy. D:
