I really need help. I'm new to Fiesta and I have tried to login and play. But it just won't let me! Every time I try it just says to check my ID or password, I've also made sure on that too. Please help!

When you say "ID," are you using your newly created Outspark ID? Because it actually wants your email address and Outspark password to log in, not your Outspark ID and password. This might be causing your problem.

Well you can still use your ID to log in, as a matter of fact I use my log in instead of my e-mail and I can log in fine. :D

do I have to type the whole email address or just the beginning?

If you are able to log in and out of the forums then the same information should work to log you into the game. Are you getting a message that says you are not in the service area?

Edit: The WHOLE address. There is no way for the system to know if you are using hotmail, google, etc.
Try typing the entire email address. example: emailaddress@email.com

And apparently your Outspark ID could work as well according to the previous poster. I think your problem is that you weren't using your spark ID, and you were only giving it a partial email address.

All it says is that I need to check my ID or password

Then you're most likely entering them wrong. Are you writing out your entire email address like I told you to do in my previous post? Did you try using your Spark ID "cheekiemonkie" instead of your email to log in? If neither of those work, and you are sure that you're using the right password, then you should submit a ticket to customer support.
