"Ignorant" title?

since we have stammer, quiet, silent and speechless titles for not chatting then how wud anyone feel about a title to go with them called "ignorant"?

i am suggesting this cause it is horrible when someone goes for these titles and they can't respond bck. and horrible if u can't respond to someone if u r the one going for them.

it wud obviously be a fun title under the circumstances

just imagine if some ppl were running around with ignorant in front of their name

if there is enough support then hopefully we cud have it

suggested time length for maybe 5, 6 or 7 days with no chatting

hope this gets support but i aint bothered if it doesn't it is just i thought it wud be quite a fitting title in the circumstance of no chatting

the idea is someone is trying to talk to u and u can't respond cause u going for titles. it is like ignoring someone but in reality u are not meaning too

come on this is for fun only and if u don't know what ignorant means then look it up

by not talking to someone it cud be consider as being ignorant when they ask a question for example. this is not to b taken seriously but just another5 title for fun

ignorant doesn't mean a person who ignores you though. Silent switch from world DJ and celebrity titles to spammer and annoyer i would vote for :p

I think maybe "Ignorer" or "Stubborn" is better... and the requirement should be to go a certain period of time (8, 16, 24) hours without talking, but also a requirement that you must receive at least a certain number of pm's (10, 20, etc.). This means you were directly contacted for information, but chose to ignore it for the benefit of silence. Otherwise it just seems to be a "same old" title deal...

Lack of response doesn't mean you're unknowledgable, so I think that "Ignorant" may not be the best choice of words.

so what i am saying is u cannot use chat to communicate and this is a laugh and supposed to be a fun suggestion and maybe a fun title.

if u can't chat then u can't communicate properly and if u do not respond then it is like being uninformed from the other person's view point

this is a game therefore meant to be fun and this suggestion was for fun but i wud certainly go for it if it were made a title

thus this is the whole point of the poll so PLZ JUST HAVE A LAUGH

We are all ignorant at the beginning. Guess everyone should start with that title and then lose it when they start learning.:D
Anyway, I've been wondering about those strange titles. Thanks for clearing that up.

by not answering someone or to be precise not hearing someone then yes ignorant wud be the right word

if mics were allowed and no typing then u cud unplug ur mic and sound from pc right? but because we don't all have access to mics then typing is the easiest way. chat is to use ur voice unless ur deaf in which sign language is used but both are chatting. what we technically do is type to each other.

now the thing u use to communicate in game is the chat window and let me emphasise the word chat. it means u may not always see what someone is typing as i sometimes do not which when someone is trying to explain something to me then i wud be ignorant and i can't type bck if going for a title like this. so i wud be ignorant in the sense of being unknowledgeable.

another scenario. ur in a party and grinding and going for one of the titles but because ur not allowed to use chat how do u communicate u have no stones or pots left? u can't hence the word ignorant cud be used if 2 of u in party are going for the same title

2 of u going for the same title in a party? maybe a fighter and a cleric and the cleric has no stones or pots left and so ran out of sp in middle of killing a mob and the fighter going for the same title wud then be ignorant of this fact. i am trying to keep this light hearted but one or two are missing this point and not to offend anyone. don't have to go into detail so long as u get what i am on about

Since when does a suggestion for a title require the suggestor to defend his/her reason for suggesting it.

Look, if you dont agree, then vote no, and move on. If you don't understand, don't spout off correcting the person who suggested it.

Obviously the title suggestion is not for you, sooooo.....cast your vote, and move on. :)

If not, ignore the criticism and enjoy life. Either way, you're asking for input from all sides when you bring up a suggestion post.

I'm not saying that the subject shouldn't be open to both sides. To suggest that only those who agree may post is absurd. My comment was geared toward repeated commented by the same individual, putting the original poster in a position to need to defend himself. He wanted opinions, not to be attacked.
