Grandpa Robin?

I haven't been able to talk to Grandpa Robin in Roumen for about 2 weeks. I wouldn't care too much, but I have quests to hand in to him.
He seems as usual, has a blue Q above his head, but when I click on him, no speech engages.
It started after I came to bring him is eyeglasses from the blacksmith, and my inventory was full (so I couldn't receive the reward). As I usually do, I disengaged, got rid of some junk, and tried to reengage, but haven't been able to since then. It doesn't matter where I'm standing, how close I am, how many times I click on him, he won't talk to me.

relogging usually works for me when that happens, and it's happened alot lately with my new characters
and i just relog and it works. if it don't then submit a ticket to outspark.

It's working again now. I had relogged a number of times, and not luck, but in the end I just ditched the quests I had to hand in to him, and then he talked to me again. Not sure what was up with that, but it'll all good now. :)
