Suspicious Behavior 1 Quest Start?

Does anyone know where they moved the starting point for this? And is it still a level 61 quest? The Wiki says it starts at Item Merchant Nina and ends with Avon, but I'm not seeing the quest there. Did they remove these quest as part of a patch or change the level of the quest?

I'm not exactly sure where it was moved to but it was relocated as of February 23rd 2010 and the rewards were increased as well.

I can tell from the press release that it has changed, but can anyone tell me what the changes actually were?

I found it.

Everything in the wiki is correct except...

It's now a level 62 quest.

And the experience has been improved.

But don't try to load up on the goodies and just turn them in back to back because once you turn in the first time irregardless of how may quest items you had, you start back at zero again. :(
