spirit stone fragments?

i know is newb question but, for what quest we need the spirit stone fragments? repeatable?

Spirit stone fragments are NOT for any quest whatsoever, they are a glitched item that we aren't even supposed to be able to get. It's an auto drop from the lvl 29 quest from the ore refiner yet that quest requires something else. I believe I had a thread somewhere about that under the bugs section.

Funny thing is that they never worked as far as my memory goes. I remember picking some up and selling them (a long time ago) and I was shocked. Now I just horde them like almost everything else (some pet quest items excluded). I loves me some treasure!
