View Full Version : Sparkcash: over my limit without buying a thing?

Today I decided to try giving Sparkcash a shot, but it turns out I've already bought as much Sparkcash as I'm allowed to for this month. And how much is that? Zero dollars. It doesn't matter how much I select to purchase, none of them work. I get the same pop-up telling me I've already spent my limit even though I haven't used the store yet.
What's going on?

Your issue sounds rather unique, could you please send a screenshot as well as the following details to support@outspark.com. I'm going to escalate your issue to them and they will hopefully be able to resolve the issue.

Yes, I was logged in...
I did a little digging and found out it was just another one of those "cookies" problems.
