You should have gotten an email detailing the reason your ban was put in place. Please check both your inbox and junk/spam folder for it. As of right now, your only option is to send in a ticket to the CS department and await a reply.
I will have to close the thread because discussions of account statuses and issues are not allowed on the forums.
